The Fit Life

Fit is not a destination… it’s a way of life.

I have been living this “fitness” lifestyle for over a year now and I constantly get questions about what I do, what I eat, how I workout.  So I wanted to start a blog to share the recipes, workouts, and motivation that I have.  I am no expert, but I have learned a lot along my own personal journey.  I hope to be able to motivate and inspire others in their own journeys as well.

And this IS a journey.  Not a destination.  You don’t just stop eating healthy or working out once you reach your goal.  If you want to STAY in shape you have to make fitness a way of life, not something you do for a few weeks or months to “get skinny”.  It is about so much more than that.  Fitness is about learning to know your body, love your body, take care of yourself, have pride in yourself and want to better yourself.  You have to want it for YOURSELF!

I have faith in you.  You CAN do this.  You CAN make changes.  You CAN get fit!
